Digital Product Notice
All eSIM products are digital, non-tangible, and non-returnable.
Once an eSIM has been delivered or activated, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused.
As a result, refunds are not available unless they meet the eligibility conditions outlined below.

- Activation Issues: You are unable to activate the eSIM due to a verified technical fault on our side, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- Incorrect Compatibility Information: The eSIM plan is incompatible with your device, and this limitation was not clearly disclosed on our website.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Your device is not compatible (when compatibility requirements were clearly stated)
- Incorrect installation or user error
- Partial or unused data
- Change of mind after purchase
